What you may expect of us: We will provide a contract. We will apply for all permits, place ads and display signage. We will research, organize and price all items. We will provide adequate staff to conduct a timely, professional and courteous sale. We will turn over net proceeds from sale along with sale records and receipts immediately after sale. We may be able to help liquidate, discard or donate all items that are not sold. Our fee: 35% of gross sales Seller of estate pays for all advertising and permits. |
